Dr. Ricketts is a proud Equity, Culture, Operations and Organizational Development leader with over 15 years in managing and creating equitable systems.

An impassioned operations professional, she fuses Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices into every facet of her work and leadership. She works closely with organizations to assess their current organizational health and supports the creation of pathways that lead to cultures that focus on equitable systems, staff belonging, and staff development and productivity.  An avid believer that an organization's strongest resource are its people, Dr. Ricketts work with leadership teams on mental model shifts that prioritize staff and strategic outcomes.
 

When not supporting organizational systems, you can find Dr. Ricketts at a new restaurant opening, binging a tv show (new or the 50th rewatch) or spending time with her favorite person, her son Grei.
